HEIGHT & DENSITY

The proposed buildings are far too tall for this neighbourhood.The development is excessively dense and out of scale with the surrounding area.The project is mainly high-rise residential, not a true mixed-use centre.

TRAFFIC & ROAD CAPACTITY

Objection GroundsLocal roads and intersections cannot handle the extra traffic.Proposed traffic “solutions” (longer turning lanes, signal changes) will not fix congestion.The modelling underestimates traffic and ignores the busiest school periods.

SCHOOL SAFETY

The development creates serious safety risks for children walking or riding to school.Vehicle access points are too close to school crossings.Increased heavy vehicles and construction traffic make the school zone unsafe.

HOSPITAL & EMERGENCY ACCESS

Increased congestion will affect access to Pindara Private Hospital and emergency vehicles.

AMENITY & LIVEABILITY

The towers will overshadow homes, schools and public areas.Traffic noise, congestion and pollution will reduce neighbourhood liveability.The development will negatively affect the character of the local area.

ENVIRONMENT & HEALTH

Dust and air pollution during construction will affect school children and nearby residents.The scale and bulk of the towers will create wind and overshadowing impacts.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION & TRANSPARENCY

The public notice does not accurately describe the true scale or impacts of the development.Information in the application and signage is inconsistent or misleading.
